RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

No refunds accepted, no exceptions. We take pride in providing the best quality hair to our clients. Only exchanges will be accepted. We must be notified within 72 hours from the time received. Hair must be unworn and returned back in the original condition in which it was sent.

How long should I expect my items to ship?

Processing of the items take 3-5 days. We only use priority shipping for our products. Your hair should arrive 2-4 days after shipping. International Shipping may require a longer time frame based on the country that it is going to. We are not responsible for any importing fees charged by the country for international orders.

Why does the billing and shipping address on my order have to match?

In order to maintain a fraud-free environment we require that the billing and shipping address on every order matches or we will cancel your order.

How many bundles should I purchase?

The amount of bundles purchased is based on the fullness that you desire to achieve. For all inches 20” and up, we recommend that you purchases a minimum for 3 bundles. For all bundles 28” and up then we would recommend purchasing 4 bundles or more.

 
How long will my hair lasts?

La Belle Bijoux can lasts for 1+ year, however the longevity of your hair will ultimately depend of the daily and overall care that is provided to the extensions.
